       John grew up in upstate New York where he first applied his sales techniques at the young age of 10, selling garden seeds to area neighborhoods.  Knowing the advantages of working hard and being persistent, he has been involved in every aspect of the Real Estate industry.  He has represented buyers, sellers, actively owned multiple rental units and has worked hand in hand with investors.  Always keeping in mind his clients best interest.  Along with his wife Lisa, also a Licensed Real Estate Professional, they make a formidable team when it comes to communication and customer support.

    John is committed to his wife and their 3 children as well as their active grandsons.  Having lived in the Central Florida area for the past 6 years, John is enjoying all that the area has to offer!

We recently sold our home with John and Lisa Hoad. Sadly it was during the time of COVID so we were having less showings. The pictures taken of our home brought much traffic and views online. We were able to sell our home very quickly and for a good price.
